Database Management and Lead Management

  • Organize and group your contacts using the database of your choice or we can recommend one to you. (Experienced Top Producer assistants). We will work with you to gradually organize and group your contacts.
  • Update your database contact information: We will call or email your past clients and capture the most current contact information.
  • Lead Capture:
    • Calling: We have a calling team which can be used to qualify your buyer leads and set appointments with your seller leads.
    • Emailing: We can work your backlog of leads by replying to email with engaging conversation to qualify and resolve the lead.
  • Enter each new lead into all databases.

 

Showing Agent

Hire a Prescott Group licensed Showing Agent to assist you with managing all of your buyers and getting them into properties quickly and more efficiently. Quite often it is hard to find the time needed to devote to buyers during the course of the week. Having a Showing Agent handle these clients and situations allows you to run a more efficient business and stop paying exorbitant commission splits! The Prescott Group Showing Agent Service provides you with the following:

  • Coordinates appointments with buyers and schedules property showings using Bookashowing
  • Show properties on days, evenings and weekends
  • If not already signed the SA can schedule an appointment for the buyer to meet with you and Sign the Buyer Representation Agreement
  • Completes showing feedback form after each property viewing in a timely manner
